Either way, here are 3 Easy Vegan Dinners I’ve made recently that are all quick, easy, delicious, and satisfying! Let me know if you end […]
Vegan Supper Club #10 | Fine Dining at Home
Though the components of this meal were somewhat haphazardly & randomly decided upon, they came together in such a way that made our simple Saturday night dinner seem sophisticated and restaurant worthy. Yes, this tenth (!!) edition of Chelsea’s & my Vegan Supper Club might go down as one of the best ones yet!
Starter: Super Slaw
For the salad portion of our meal, we made the Super Slaw […]
Recently Mac & I had some friends over for dinner. I didn’t really know what to make, so I ended up whipping up a bunch of things, piling them all together in a bowl, and calling it dinner! Mix n Match Dinner Bowls to be precise!

A/ Quinoa. B/ Mixed Vegetable Quiche. C/ Roasted Tandoori Chickpeas. D/ Sweet Potato & Tomato Stew
It’s not super glamorous, […]

3 red onions
7 sweet potatoes

2 daikon radishes
1 head cauliflower

Well, let me break it down for you. And afterwards, I’ll be sharing some recipes that you can use to include more pulses in your diet!
Pulses (or, grain legumes) are a family of edible crops including lentils, chickpeas, dried beans, & dried peas. […]
It’s no surprise that I love to cook. I’m always trying to create new dishes with different flavour combinations, or experimenting with new-to-me ingredients. When I first went vegan in October 2013, I relied heavily on food blogs for new & creative recipes, as well as for inspiration in the kitchen. I’ve rounded up 9 of my go-to food blogs for recipe inspiration where I can usually be guaranteed to find what I’m looking for! Happy cooking!
